[New Vocaloid] Ring Suzune and Lui Hibiki

The “Everyone’s Vocaloid Project” contest winners, as well as one of the voice providers have been announced at Vocaloid Festa 02. According to a tweet by raitori, two illustrations have been chosen. The following info come from the illustrators.

Observations: His arms and legs are very bright. Easily mistaken for a girl because of his graceful manners.

Observations: Light-hearted, doesn’t have high aspirations, but she’s hard-working.
